1992 Pantera SI Chassis, Number 9613

Last year I purchased my seventh DeTomaso car since 1979. It's the best
one I've ever had. It is a European SI model, built in 1992. It set in the
showroom of an
Austrian importer for four years. It's first registration was in September
of 1996. It has only 6,000 miles on the clock now. Only 41 cars of this
type were built between 1991 and 1993. The first two Pantera SI's were
crash tested. The last one is in the factory museum in Modena, Italy. So only 38
cars of this model were actually sold. They are very rare.
 The
Pantera SI has a heavily modified chassis, all new suspensions, wheels and
tyres, Brembo racing brakes and a 502 engine with fuel injection and
catalytic converters.
In the cabin are new seats, instruments, all electronic
air condition and ventilation system, large electrical & removable
mirror on both sides, switches for lights, wiper & washer are situated
on the left and right of the steering wheel now.
